In 2003, Bryan founded the Austin Infusion Center in Austin, Texas which has grown to be one of the largest office-based infusion centers in the state. In 2008, Bryan merged his healthcare services company with Innovative Infusions, LLC. From 2008 to 2012, Bryan served as COO of Innovative Infusions and helped guide the company through a company-wide restructuring and business model transition that resulted in exponential revenue growth. In 2012, Innovative Infusions was successfully sold to a strategic buyer, and Bryan remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations. Bryan also co-founded Infusion Strategy, LLC a company that developed a fully-integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for the office based infusion healthcare model. Infusion Strategy, LLC was also successfully sold in late 2012, and Bryan continues to play a daily role in the company’s direction and the software’s design. Bryan received his BBA in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University. Bryan resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, Emily, and their two boys.

During his tenure, Innovative Infusions experienced exponential revenue growth after he led a company-wide restructuring and business model transition. In late 2012, Innovative Infusions was successfully sold to a strategic buyer, and Reece remains actively involved in day-to-day operations. Reece also co-founded DripSync, a fully-integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for the infusion industry. The software company was successfully sold in December 2012, and he maintains an advisory role with the business. Prior to his experience in healthcare and software development, Reece was a corporate attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP in their Dallas, Texas office. Before joining Thompson & Knight LLP, Reece clerked for United States District Judge Ed Kinkeade. Reece received his BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas Law School. Reece resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Katie.
Rob has extensive experience in healthcare dating back to 1992 where he has been an entrepreneur and leader in several industry niches, namely: infusion, home health and physical therapy. In 1999, Rob founded Therapy Solutions which has become a leading provider of geriatric physical, occupational and speech therapy services in north Texas. Rob currently serves as President and CEO of Therapy Solutions. In 2001, Rob co-founded Innovative Infusions, LLC with Judy Back, RN where he served as Innovative’s President and CEO until 2008. Rob and Judy grew Innovative from a small healthcare business into a leader of infusion therapy services throughout the entire state of Texas. From 2008 to 2012, Rob served as Chairman of Innovative until it was purchased by a strategic buyer. Rob spent the first part of his career as a part owner of several small businesses including an excavation and asphalt paving business and a natural gas transmission pipeline retail company.
